A Closer Look
Your experience begins with a warm welcome at the estate and a stroll through our vineyards. In this charming, bucolic setting, you will be guided through the discovery of the Alcamo territory, our grape varieties, and the history of the Vallone family winery.
The tour continues in our panoramic tasting room, where four selected labels lead you on a mindful, in-depth journey: two classic wines that embody the winery’s identity, followed by two “cru” wines of greater complexity and character.
Tasting Flight
The tasting begins with our iconic Catarratto and Nero d’Avola. These are followed by our “Cru” selections: a monovarietal Catarratto and a blend of Nero d’Avola and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Both of these Cru wines are wood-aged, carefully selected to offer a deeper insight into our agronomic vision and the expressive potential of our grapes.
Pairings
Each tasting is accompanied by a selection of local organic products, including almonds, olives, bread, and our own olive oil.
“An immersive experience, designed for those who seek more than just a tasting—but a deeper key to understanding our world.”
