Note: Upon request, the experience can include a brief visit to the winemaking area. This area is located at a separate nearby site, apart from the vineyards and tasting room, and can be reached independently by car.
A Closer Look
The tour begins with a warm welcome to our winery estate and a walk through the vineyards, set in a charming panoramic landscape. The guests are here introduced to the history of the Vallone family, the territory and the grape varieties that express its identity.
The experience continues in the tasting room next to the vineyards, where four selected labels guide guests through a deep and immersive journey: two classic wines that express the identity of the winery, followed by two cru wines with greater complexity and character.
Tasting Selection
The first two wines are our iconic Catarratto and Nero d’Avola, while the cru selection includes a Catarratto and a Nero d’Avola–Cabernet Sauvignon blend.
They are both aged in wood and chosen to offer a deeper expression of our agronomic vision and the full potential of our grape varieties.
Pairings
The wines are always paired with local and organic products such as almonds, olives, bread and olive oil.
