Note: Upon request, the experience can include a brief visit to the winemaking area. This area is located at a separate nearby site, apart from the vineyards and tasting room, and can be reached independently by car.
A Closer Look
The tour begins with a warm welcome to our winery estate and a walk through the vineyards, set in a charming panoramic landscape. The guests are here introduced to the history of the Vallone family, the territory and the grape varieties that express its identity.
Tasting Selection
The wines included in the tasting are our three Great Classics: Catarratto, Grillo and Nero d’Avola, which are true expressions of our production style and of the aromas and flavours of our land.
Pairings
The wines are always paired with local and organic products such as almonds, olives, bread and olive oil.
It is an introductory journey to discover the soul of our wines, as well as a relaxed, carefully curated and accessible experience, perfect for a first encounter with our winery.
