Note: Upon request, the experience can include a brief visit to the winemaking area. This area is located at a separate nearby site, apart from the vineyards and tasting room, and can be reached independently by car.
A Closer Look
The journey begins with a warm welcome to our estate and a stroll through the vineyards, surrounded by a breathtaking panoramic backdrop. Our story unfolds right here, as we discover the territory, the grapes that express its identity, and the history of the Vallone family.
The experience continues and concludes in our tasting room adjacent to the vineyards, with a guided tasting of the winery’s most representative labels.
Tasting Flight
The tasting features our three “Great Classics”: Catarratto, Grillo, and Nero d’Avola. These wines are the ultimate expression of our winemaking style and the unique aromas and flavors of our land.
Pairings
To complement the wines, we always serve a selection of local organic products, including almonds, olives, bread, and our own olive oil.
