Winemaker’s Selection: Wines and Pairings
The tasting is enriched by traditional flavors: the iconic “Pane Cunzato” (seasoned bread), a selection of fresh local cheeses, and artisanal canapés with olive pâté or olive oil and anchovies. To finish, a mini-tasting of our classic baked “Anelletti” pasta.
A Closer Look
The tour unfolds through the vineyards of the Monte Bonifato estate, the production winery department, the Contrada Valso vineyards and the panoramic tasting room, guided directly by the producer and winemaker. He shares the company’s vision, the territory, the anecdotes, the agronomic choices and the work behind each wine, from vineyard to bottle.
Tasting Selection
The final tasting does not follow a fixed pattern: the wines are chosen on the spot by the winemaker, so that each visit offers a different, more intimate and genuine story, making every experience unique and original.
Pairings
The tour is accompanied by a simple and distinctive local food selection, featuring regional specialties such as pane cunzato, fresh local cheeses, bread with olive pâté, bread with olive oil and anchovies, and mini portions of baked anelletti.
