The tasting is complemented by a rich selection of local flavors: traditional pane cunzato (seasoned bread), fresh regional cheeses, and artisanal canapés with olive pâté or olive oil and anchovies. To top it off, enjoy mini-servings of our classic Sicilian baked anelletti pasta.
Note: Upon request, the experience can include a brief visit to the winemaking area. This area is located at a separate nearby site, apart from the vineyards and tasting room, and can be reached independently by car.
A Closer Look
The tour begins with a warm welcome to our winery estate and a walk through the vineyards, set in a charming panoramic landscape. The guests are here introduced to the history of the Vallone family, the territory and the grape varieties that express its identity.
The experience continues in the tasting room next to the vineyards, where four selected wines express our interpretation of Western Sicily through aromas, character and identity.
Tasting Selection
The tasting includes a Catarratto, a Grillo, a Nero d’Avola, and our sparkling white blend, accompanied by a simple typical local food selection, carefully designed to enhance each wine through pairing.
Pairings
Among the specialties served are pane cunzato, fresh local cheeses, bread with olive pâté, bread with olive oil and anchovies, and mini portions of baked anelletti, a typical dish of Sicilian tradition.
